Compliance with Technical Requirements
Each autoclave installation and furnace with process control systems is manufactured by SCHOLZ on an individual basis to satisfy the requirements of our Customers. Accordingly, we use our best efforts to meet such requirements down to the smallest part indicated in the Customer’s specifications.
Uniformity of Temperature
The uniformity of temperature throughout the entire working zone is provided by an optimized variable speed blower drive, an optimized air duct and specially arranged heating elements. The process control system is optimized based on analytical and simulation modeling of the flow parameters and temperature distribution.
System Components
An air receiver tank and compressor units, cooling towers (heat exchangers), fittings, heating systems.
Compliance with Standards
The design and production processes comply with all European and international regulations and standards.
Quality Control System
We use up-to-date production equipment in conjunction with proven acceptance inspection procedures and verification systems for checking all devices by authorized certification agencies (such as, for example, TÜV, Lloyd’s, etc.). All requisite tests may be carried out directly at the company’s facilities whereby the product characteristics are reliably confirmed at the highest safety level.
Software
We have three decades of experience in the development of software for process control systems and production process control and data acquisition system with more than 200 installations supplied complete with the process control systems or production process control systems.

SCHOLZ possesses unique technical capabilities to manufacture autoclave equipment having the following characteristics:
- diameter of up to 9,850 mm;
- length of loading of up to 50 m;
- working pressure of up to 70 bar;
- working temperature of up to 650 °C;
- electrical heating;
- indirect heating by gas.
