According to a marketing axiom, when a buyer buys a drill he actually acquires holes in a wall. Applied to our business, this axiom means that a client that buys aircraft assembly equipment actually acquires – if not an airplane proper – at least a guarantee that the assembly will go smoothly and seamlessly without endless reworks and continuous elimination of equipment defects. In order to meet such expectations, our policy entails the provision of comprehensive equipment support, including the manufacture of the very first products. This is a standard provision of our contracts that, as a rule, expire upon production of the first products. During this period, we test-run the equipment, adapt it to the actual production environment, debug applicable software, and finalize user manuals and other documentation. We are interested in ensuring that our products perform perfectly and we do our best to meet the needs of our Customers even if those needs are not reflected in their respective contracts.
